Who we are

This website (bitround.app) is run by BitRound Inc., a Delaware C corporation, which is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@bitround.app.

What we collect

Waitlist: if you join the waitlist, we receive the details you enter in the form, such as your email address. The form is hosted by Tally (tally.so), which processes this data on our behalf.

Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

Third-party requests: the round-up simulator loads the current BTC price from CoinGecko and a charting library from jsDelivr directly in your browser, so those services see your IP address.

Why we use it

We use your waitlist details only to tell you about BitRound’s launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until BitRound launches and for as long as you want to receive updates. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Transfers outside the EU

BitRound Inc. is based in the United States, and some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Write to info@bitround.app. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, such as the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.
